The short version

1I work with AI tools. When you write to me (e-mail, a form, a comment, a message) or use one of my pages, an AI program may read and process it: what you wrote, what you looked at, and the reply I send.

2I can no longer promise that no AI ever touches it, and I cannot speak for the services in between. E-mail providers and messengers analyse messages with AI on their own side, and I do not control that.

3Do you want to talk with no AI at all? Then let us meet in person. That is the only way I can be sure.

What the AI does for me

It helps me read, sort, translate and write drafts, so that I can answer more people, faster. When an AI assistant writes a reply, that reply is marked as AI-assisted. Decisions that matter, such as refunds, deleting your data or anything with a legal effect, I make myself.

For replies to your messages I use Anthropic (Claude). It processes the text on my behalf, under a data processing agreement with the EU standard contractual clauses. E-mail addresses are removed from the text before it is sent. Anthropic's terms say it may not use this content to train its models; I cannot promise more than what those terms say. The full details are in my MyDays X privacy policy (section 3.7) and in my privacy policy.

Your choice

Write human only anywhere in your message, and the AI that drafts my replies does not get it. I read and answer it myself. I cannot rule out that your e-mail provider or another service in between looks at it with its own tools.

Questions, objections, deleting

You can ask what I hold about you, object, or ask me to delete it at any time: hello@christianalbertmueller.com. My external data protection officer is named in the privacy policy. The rest is in the privacy policy, the terms and How I work with AI.
