These terms apply to your use of lps.world (and all subdirectories, e.g. /k/, /claw/, /christianalbertmueller/) and aros.ai with its subdomains. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

2. The site is free to read
All published content (articles, magazines, podcasts, videos, daily affirmation gallery, etc.) is free to access. You don't need to register. Some optional features (newsletters, AI Company Starter purchase) require an email address or payment.
3. Acceptable use
You may:
- Browse, read, watch, listen to anything we publish.
- Share links to public content on social media or by email.
- Quote short excerpts with credit and a link back.
You may NOT:
- Republish substantial portions of our content elsewhere without permission.
- Scrape the site to train commercial AI models.
- Use the site to send unsolicited communication or break laws.
- Attempt to bypass authentication, access admin areas, or interfere with site infrastructure.
4. AI-generated content
A meaningful portion of our content (images, video, text) is partly or wholly AI-generated. We are transparent about this — see our Transparency page. AI-generated content reflects the prompts and edits of the operator and is not factually verified beyond what's stated. Treat news/data items as starting points, not as audited fact.
5. User submissions
If you send us a message via contact form or email, you grant us permission to read and reply. We won't publish your message without explicit consent. Subscribing to a newsletter means you want our emails — you can unsubscribe any time using the link in every email.
5a. Affiliate links & recommendations
Some products, brands and tools we feature — on the site and in our newsletters — are affiliate partnerships (e.g. via Digistore24, ClickBank, Impact.com, or directly with a brand). If you buy through one of our links, we earn a commission at no extra cost to you. We only feature things we'd genuinely recommend to a friend. Our recommendations are our own opinion and are not professional medical, financial, or legal advice — please do your own research and consult a qualified professional where appropriate.
6. Intellectual property
Original content created by Christian Albert Mueller (text, music, photography, logos, branding) is protected by copyright. The CTRL & CLAW characters and likenesses are proprietary. AI-generated outputs are released under a personal-use license: you may save and share but not republish commercially.
7. Third-party content
We embed YouTube videos, SoundCloud tracks, and similar content. That content remains the property of its creators and is subject to the policies of those platforms.
8. Links to other sites
We link to external sites. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, accuracy, or privacy practices.
9. Disclaimer
The site is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Content is opinion and creative work, not professional advice. Health-related articles in MyDaysX Mag are not medical advice — always consult a doctor. Financial articles in Claw's Mag are not financial advice. Use your own judgment.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law (e.g. EU consumer law, German BGB §309), our liability is limited to the amount you paid us, if any.
11. Account & subscription cancellation
You can unsubscribe from any newsletter via the link in every email. Paid services (e.g. AI Company Starter setup) include the cancellation rights described at the point of purchase. EU consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal under the Verbraucherrechte-Richtlinie unless they explicitly waive it for digital content delivered immediately.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when our practices or the law changes. Material changes will be announced in our newsletter or on this page. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the new terms.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by German law. The place of jurisdiction for all disputes — to the extent legally permissible — is Munich, Germany. Mandatory consumer protection rights of your country of residence remain unaffected.
